Family-run · Small batch · Two states · Zero expertise
Pink Bee Hole Farms started the same way most bad ideas do — with three brothers, a couple hives, and absolutely no business pretending we knew what we were doing. We're still learning. And honestly, that's kind of the point.
What we offer
Pure, unfiltered honey from our own pink hives. Proof that three idiots with enough stubbornness can make something genuinely delicious.

What started as a way to learn beekeeping somehow turned into swarm removals, pink bee boxes, honey jars, merch, and a business built across two states by three idiots trying their best to keep bees alive.
Two of us live in Florida. One stayed back home in West Virginia. Beekeeping became the thing that keeps us close.

The pink hives go back to our grandfather — Pap Bunny. He was the kind of man who could fix anything with whatever was laying around.
When we needed outdoor paint for the hives, the only exterior paint we had was pink. Most people would've gone to the store.
"It's all I had."
In pure Pap Bunny fashion, we got to work. And somehow that became the spirit of this whole place.

From our hives
We're going to be straight with you — because that's just how we operate around here.
Our first year of beekeeping isn't about us. It's about the bees.
When a new colony gets established, the bees have serious work to do before anybody gets a jar of anything. They need to build up their population, draw out all their honeycomb from scratch, and store enough honey to survive. Taking honey from a first-year hive would be like raiding your neighbor's pantry the week they moved in — it's just not right.
So we're doing this the way it's supposed to be done. Letting our colonies get strong, get established, and build the kind of foundation that produces really good honey for years to come.
Our bees are working hard — building comb, raising brood, and doing what bees do. We expect our first harvest in 2026. Drop your email below to be the first to know.
In the meantime, follow along as we document the chaos, the learning, and the occasional bee sting.
Wear the hive

Who we are
Pink Bee Hole Farms started the same way most bad ideas do — with three brothers, a couple hives, and absolutely no business pretending we knew what we were doing.
What started as a way to learn beekeeping somehow turned into swarm removals, pink bee boxes, honey jars, merch, and a business built across multiple states by three idiots trying their best to keep bees alive.
Two of us live in Florida. One stayed back home in West Virginia. Beekeeping became the thing that keeps us close — swapping texts about frames and foragers, calling each other when something goes sideways, and figuring it out together one hive at a time.
We're still learning every single day. And honestly, that's kind of the point.
Why are the hives pink?
The pink hives go back to our grandfather — Pap Bunny.
Pap Bunny was the kind of man who could build or fix just about anything using whatever happened to be laying around. He wasn't fancy about it either. If it worked, it worked.
When we first got into beekeeping, we needed outdoor paint for the hives. Problem was, the only exterior paint sitting around at the time was pink.
Most people probably would've gone to the store.
Instead, in pure Pap Bunny fashion, we looked at the paint, looked at the hives, and got to work. The whole time we painted them, one of his favorite sayings kept bouncing around in our heads:
"It's all I had."
And somehow that became the spirit of this whole place. We're not trying to be fancy. We're not pretending to be experts. We're just three brothers with some pink hives, a lot of heart, and a grandfather who taught us that you use what you've got and you get it done.
